A charming Victorian property, newly renovated, decorated to high standards and transformed into a small, unique family run Guest House, providing a welcoming “home from home” experience.
Glencoe Villa is also now very proud to announce it’s most recent achievement of 2nd place in the popular TV series, ‘4 in a Bed’, aired October 2019 but filmed only 5 months after opening!

The local pubs, (Prince of Purston and Travellers Rest) are a 2 minute walk. There are 2 Indian restaurants (Shuhag and Shurma) within walking distance of Glencoe Villa in Featherstone but if you are happy to drive further afield, The Boot and Shoe/The Angel in Ackworth or The Twisted Tree in Castleford come highly recommended. The locally renowned Farmer Copleys and Kings Croft restaurants are also close by.
Pontefract Racecourse, Crematorium and Hospital are all less than a ten minute drive. Castleford Xscape and J32 Outlet are 4.2 miles away, offering a wide range of pubs, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. DIY Kitchens in South Kirby is less than 8 miles away, ERR Featherstone is only 1.6 miles away and Ackworth School only 2 miles away.
Glencoe Villa is also within easy reach of York, Leeds, Doncaster, Selby and Wakefield by road and rail.
