Arrival and Departure
Check–in is between 5.00pm and 7.00pm (arrivals outside these times only by prior arrangement please).
Check out time is up to 10.30am Monday – Friday and up to 11.00am Saturday and Sunday.
Bookings
Reservations can be secured with a 20% deposit and the outstanding balance payable by the time of arrival by cash or bank transfer only (no cheques can be accepted).
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.
Smoking
Please note that Glencoe Villa is non-smoking at all times. Smoke detectors are fitted in all rooms. Any damage to rooms caused by smoking will unfortunately have to be charged. Guests who do smoke in the building will also regrettably be politely requested to leave.
Damage and Breakages
We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage to Glencoe Villa and its contents, e.g. irreparable soiling of mattresses, bedding and carpets etc.
Replacement of lost keys will need to be charged at £10.
